An advocate for health and wellness since her high school days as a competitive athlete and dancer, Angie has a degree in Nutrition from the University of Arizona, and has been a massage therapist since 2008. Angie has completed yoga teacher trainings with Yoga Works, UMA Mother, Practices of Self Love Yoga Nidra. Practicing yoga all over the world has opened up exciting opportunities to engage with community and share the teachings of yoga. With a focus on alignment and breath work, class flows build strength and encourage inner work to help bring yoga ‘off the mat’. Angie truly believes yoga is for EVERY BODY!
